A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME
My name is Grant, I was born and raised in Minnesota and grew up with a passion for exercise and helping others. Five years ago, I took the leap to become a personal trainer, driven by my desire to share my love for health and exercise with others. Initially, I started as an in-person trainer, where many sought weight loss as their primary goal. Witnessing the common approach of pushing oneself to the limit at the gym and feeling exhausted afterward, I started to share how exercise could be fun and leave you walking out of the gym feeling better than when you walked in. This was done by shifting people's mindsets and approaching exercise as a learned skill about how to move the body the way it is meant to and not making each session as hard as possible. Not only does this lead to greater consistency, but it also prevents injuries and fosters a healthy relationship with exercise in the long run.
In addition to my love for fitness, I'm a huge Minnesota hockey fan and take every chance I get to hit the ice. On top of hockey, I love to get out and explore the wonders of nature, whether it is going for a hike or spending time on the lake with my friends and dog
