What I do
I help people improve their golf game through increasing range of motion, developing stability and power, and reducing or eliminating pain.
How it works
I will come to your home, gym or wherever you train. If you live too far away, we will get on a video call instead. During this meeting, we will discuss what you are looking for and go through a simple movement assessment that assesses each joint in your body for mobility, stability and strength limitation that directly impact the golf swing. After that I will custom build a program for your schedule, exercise equipment and goals. Your program will be kept in an easy-to-use app that allows you to keep track of your workouts, message me with any questions, and watch short tutorial videos to teach you how to perform each exercise.
I will touch base with you after the first week to make sure everything is going smoothly. After that, I will meet with you virtually once a month to make sure everything is going well and make updates to the program as needed. And that's it! Just like that, you have an easy-to-follow fitness plan built around your schedule and needs, along with an easy way to track your progress and stay consistent!
